  • Amazon Customer - Predictable,

I love all Sandford's books, until this one. Frankie is trashy and easy easy. Leaves her kids to stay with Virgil or goes to the pond skinny dippy with her kids around. The kids are foul mouthed, just not much to her that anyone should or could like. I forced myself to keep reading through the first part of the book and it did get better but all the little plots that started you knew what was going to happen. NOTHIING was a surprise. I don't really understand how Virgil still has a job as he just seems to keep around in circles with a different person telling him what he needs to do next. I think I am done with the Flowers series.

  • Main Man - Craps game a bit slow in....

In the Craps game, your software is slow or difficult to place an ODDS bet backing up one's Pass line bet. In other words, when I start the game with a pass line bet and then make an odds bet backing up my original pass line bet, it's difficult making the the odds bet.....it appears the software has a hard time accepting the odds bet.

  • Amazon Customer - Make sure you get what you need!

I bought the download version thinking it was like all the Deluxe versions I'd seen in the stores and included Federal, State, and efile, especially since it was the only Deluxe version I found on Amazon. The price had gone up $2 since I first looked at it a couple of hours earlier, and it stayed at $27 for the next couple of days, so I went ahead and bought it. It was only a day or two later that Amazon dropped the price to $17, and while it was frustrating, at least I had my tax software for the year...only I didn't!! I looked at the deal of the day today and saw that they had SEVERAL versions of the Deluxe software--some for Mac, some for PC, and some with and WITHOUT the State package!! Sure enough, I had gotten the one without the State package--so I had to end up buying it AGAIN, this time with the State software as well (it was cheaper than paying H&R Block $37 for the State program). At least it was "only" another $20. So I paid $47 to Amazon for software I could have gotten in the store for $36. I am VERY unhappy with the way Amazon incorrectly advertised this and randomly changed prices without giving me any recourse! Be aware...make SURE you get the right package, and read the fine print in the description to be sure you get what you think you are getting!!! (Actually even the fine print doesn't help, because the comparison chart in the description PLAINLY says that the Deluxe version includes one state's package as well--even though this version of the Deluxe software does NOT.)

  • tommyb - wish i hadn't wasted my money

bought this for our trip this summer. only used it the first few days, as the interface is awkward, the search is clunky, and it is inferior to the google maps app on my phone. wish i hadn't wasted my money.

  • Dolores - Great value

It would be easier to use if it was for the one vehicle and same person driving as it is rather clumsy with all the cables etc and it can be assumed that the more drivers who use it will probably increase the chances of someone breaking a piece of it whilst removing it after use or replacing it on the screen, but it did the job and on playback the picture quality was spot on, as expected. Number plates could not be read if a hit & run took place but in an incident where all parties have to stop then blame can clearly be attributed.
